A fully-marked 9.7km loop over Trooperstown Hill and surrounding "Boots" mountain, with exposed open hillside and challenging winter terrain. 🌲❄️

Kit must be carried for the whole race; random checks apply. Headphones not allowed.

🚗 Getting There

M50 Southbound → Roundwood exit (Kilmacanogue) → signs to Laragh → Annamoe → Trooperstown sign (keep River Inchavore on your left) → minor road to car park at stone bridge.
Carpool recommended due to limited parking; follow marshals’ directions.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Juniors

Junior race starts shortly after the main race. Follow IMRA junior rules.

🏁 Registration & Start

Indoor registration at Mountain Rescue Centre (muddy shoes removed).
Sign-in, collect number/chip, chip registration required.
Registration closes 10:45 sharp; early start at 10:30.

Number must be visible on chest.
