Trail running is outdoor running on forest trails, hills and natural surfaces. It emphasises adventure with a connection to nature, while providing physical and mental benefits like improved strength, balance, mood.
Starting 10am on Sun 17th August.
Distances from 1.5k to 5k.
Suitable for anyone who can comfortably run 2k/3k.
