Women’s-Only Confidence Session | Regeneron Great Limerick Run

In partnership with Crescent Shopping Centre.
Led by Eimear Lynch (Pelvic Health Physiotherapist)

Sunday, 8th March

Join us this International Women's Day for a women’s-only confidence session created to help you feel strong, supported, and ready to take on running in a way that works for your body. Led by Eimear Lynch, mum of three, specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist — this event is all about giving women practical tools and a welcoming environment to build confidence and momentum, without pressure.

Eimear Lynch supports women of all ages through her clinics (The Physio Girl in East Clare), helping women rebuild strength, boost confidence, and return to movement in a way that feels safe, realistic, and empowering. This session brings that same approach — with two ways to take part depending on what feels best for you on the day.

We’ll begin with a short, friendly Q&A with Eimear Lynch where you can ask about easing into running, pelvic health and core confidence, managing niggles, training without pressure, and simple strategies that make movement feel more comfortable.

Then you choose your session:

Option 1: Pilates session (a supportive class focused on strength, control, and confidence-building movement) led by Vanilla Matcha P'Lattes , or

Option 2: Women’s-only 5K run at an easy, conversational effort (run-walk friendly, supportive pace options, and a “no one left behind” approach)

Afterwards, stay for a relaxed mix & mingle — because confidence grows faster when you’re not doing it alone.
