2026 Dublin Marathon Ballot Now Open

The wait is over. The 2026 Irish Life Dublin Marathon ballot has officially opened this morning, and it’s time to throw your name into the hat.

Entries are now live at irishlifedublinmarathon.ie, with applications remaining open for six days. The ballot launched at 7am on Wednesday, November 12th, and will close at midnight on Monday, November 17th.

Those who apply will find out their fate later this month, with results sent out in batches on Tuesday, November 25th and Wednesday, November 26th.

Each ballot entry comes with a €5 administration fee to cover processing and verification costs. If you land a place, that amount will go towards the €110 entry fee. If not, it’s non-refundable, so fingers crossed.
