Get ready to bring the colour, the FRBW Cork Pride 5K is back on Saturday 26th July at 11am, kicking off Cork Pride Festival 2025 with a bang. Hosted in Kennedy Park and open to all abilities, this inclusive 5K is part road race, part celebration, and 100% inclusive spirit.
With a flat, chip-timed course and good vibes guaranteed, it’s the perfect excuse to start Pride weekend on a high!
Proud to Move
Organised by Frontrunners and Briskwalkers Cork (FRBW Cork), the event is built on inclusion and togetherness. Last year’s debut outing drew runners and walkers from all walks of life, with plenty of first-timers joining in too. This year’s edition promises even more of the same: colour, community, and that unmistakable buzz that only Cork Pride can bring.
“We’re thrilled to kick off Cork Pride again this year with an event that promotes both inclusivity and wellbeing,” said Kieran O'Callaghan, Chairperson of FRBW Cork. “Last year’s race was a huge success, and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more walkers and runners to the start line in 2025.”
