How to Watch Irish Athletes In Action Across Europe & Asia Today

It’s the first of many busy weekends between now and September as the outdoor season starts to kick into gear, with Irish athletes spread across Europe and Asia chasing ranking points, qualifying marks and early season momentum.
The headline attraction this weekend comes at the Seiko Golden Grand Prix in Japan, where a strong Irish contingent including Brian Fay, Sophie Becker and Sophie O’Sullivan are in action. Technically the meet takes place on Sunday morning local time, but for Irish viewers it lands very late tonight into the early hours, meaning fans will either need to set the alarm clock for a grim middle of the night wake up or simply commit fully to the all nighter lifestyle.
There is also a huge amount of Irish athletes in action across the NCAA this weekend. Our full preview and results hub can be found here
