Main aid stations at Allihies, Eyeries, Lauragh, Glengarriff & Adrigole with food, drinks, first aid & toilets.
Additional marshal points with water along the route.
Outside crews allowed at main aid stations.
Drop bags: 3 provided, collected at multiple locations along the course.
