Races You Can Still Enter This Weekend Ending Feb. 15th

February is finally turning a corner. The evenings are inching back, the roads are slightly less grim, and the idea of pinning on a number no longer feels like a cry for help. If you have reached the point where another treadmill session might finish you off, good news. There are still plenty of races you can jump into this weekend without months of planning or moral commitment.

Below are the races you can still enter this weekend:

Munster

15th Feb. Tommy Ryan 5 Mile, Cork

Leinster

14th Feb. IMRA Carrick Winter 9K, Wicklow
14th Feb. Sole 2 Sole Valentines 5K & 10K, Wicklow
14th Feb. Enniscorthy 10K, Wexford 
15th Feb. The Downs Valentines 5k & 10K, Westmeath

Connacht

15th Feb. Maree 8K, Galway
15th Feb. Turlough 8K, Mayo

And that’s your lot. No long build ups, no big speeches, just races you can still sign up for and get out the door. If winter has been dragging on a bit too long, this is as good a way as any to put manners on it.
