Another week flies by another weekend of running is on the horizon. The nights are still cold, but the excuses are starting to thin out. If the legs are itching and the weather app has finally stopped laughing at you, this is the point where winter training quietly turns into actual racing again.

21st Feb. Two Mile House GAA 5K & 10K, Kildare
22nd Feb. BHAA Teacher's 6K XC, Dublin
22nd Feb. IMRA Forth Mountain 14.5K, Wexford

That’s the lot for this weekend. From short sharp efforts to longer outings that ask a few harder questions, there is plenty there to break the late winter routine. Pick one, commit to it, and worry about how prepared you are later.
