Day Four - Euro U23 Champs: Irish Athlete Start Times & How to Watch

The final day of the European U23 Championships takes place today, Sunday 20th July, in Bergen and Ireland goes in with three medals already on the table.
Anika Thompson made history earlier this week with Ireland’s second ever gold at these championships (10,000m), while Nicola Tuthill (Hammer Throw) and the Nick Griggs (5000m) delivered silver to keep the medal count ticking over.
It’s relay day in Bergen, and both the men’s and women’s 4x400m squads will line out, along with the men’s 4x100m.
There’s also individual firepower to come: Anika Thompson, fresh off her 10,000m gold, is back on the start list for the women’s 5,000m along with Ava O'Connor. Ireland also has finalists in the women’s 1500m, and two race walkers in the men’s 10,000m race walk.
