Gold for Seán in AAI Games:

The AAI Games took place in Carlow last weekend the event is a precursor to the National Senior Track & Field Championships in Dublin in  just a a couple of weeks time August 2nd & 3rd. Seán Mockler places 1st in the Hammer Throw competition on Saturday July 19th winning with a distance of 65.64m. Seán will be looking to defend his National Hammer title in August for the 5th year in a row we wish him the very best in his quest.

 

Graduation for Dillon:

Congratulations to Dillon Ryan who recently graduated in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London. Dillon who specializes in the Long Jump Was British University Outdoor Champion and a BUCS Indoor Bronze medalist as well as an Irish U23 Silver Medalist during his tenure, His season for this year is over but He'll be back and prepared for next years athletics season in 2026. The very Best of Luck to Dillon in the future.

 

Dublin Graded Meet: 

Conor Keating was representing the club colours at the Dublin Graded Track & Field meet last Wednesday evening July 16th competing in the Men's 3000m Well done Conor.

Congratulations to Rhys Shelly and Kieran Cummins on their All Ireland success with Tipperary last Sunday.

to our Men's team who are looking to defend their County 10 Mile team title for the third successive year.

Clogheen 5k Thursday July 31st 8pm.

Run with Dunne 5k Borrisokane August 3rd. Para Inclusive event with a 1k for Juveniles(u12s).
