National T&F League Premier Div. Champion's '25.
Moyne AC's athletes who were part of the Tipperary team that won the National Track and Field League Premier Division in Tullamore on Sunday last for the second year in a row.Emma Delaney 400m & 4x400m Relay, Alana Spillane 800m & 1500m, Kate Delaney Steeplechase, Katie Bergin 100m & 200m, (injured), Tipperary qualified from the semi final in second place 11pts adrift of Galway. In the final on Sunday last the Tipperary team overturned that 11pt deficit to win by four. There were many fine performances on the day including a PB for Alana in the 800m 2m 18.46s and the 4x400m team running 3min 56.4s in the relay. One of the youngest teams in the competition, average age under 20. Two other club members who were part of the team were Martin Flynn, Team Mgr. and Geraldine Hickey Ass. Mgr. and Stats. Congrats to all and we look forward to '26.
