Carrick-on-Suir AC-Race Highlights, Easter Training Break & Marathon Best Wishes

Masters Road Result:
The Tipperary Masters road championships took place in Clerihan last Sunday April 13th hosted by with thanks to Clonmel AC. Paddy Cummins made a welcome return, leading the club home with a good run in 11th place overall & 4th O/40. also running well were Shane Mullaney in 13th place & 5th O/40 and Paul Bowe placing 27th overall & 6th O/35 to round off a good day, unfortuneatley due to injuries we were one short to score for a team.
Juvenile Training Update:
We hope everyone had fun at our Juvenile Training session last Thursday evening, We will take a break for Easter and Return to Training on Tues 29th April at 7pm.
Upcoming Fixtures:
Good Friday April 18th: John Kelly 7.5km Road Race in Loughmore Village 6pm Start Registration from 5:30pm Proceeds in Aid of National School. Carrick On Suir AC also kick off their Road Race series on April 18th with the Ballyneill 5k which has a 7:30pm start.
Best of Luck:
We have three athletes running in World renowned marathons in the coming weeks including John Fogarty who will be running in the Boston Marathon in America on Monday April 21st. Then on Sunday April 27th Mossy Bracken & Matthew Ryan will be running in the London Marathon which will air live on BBC one @ 8:30am so keep an eye out for them and the very best of luck to the trio.
