Carrick-on-Suir AC Shines at Munster Championships

Carrick-on-Suir AC athletes were in top form at the U20, Senior & Masters Munster Track and Field Championships, held in Templemore on the 24th and 25th of May.

• 🥇 Jade Barry took 1st place in the U20 Javelin
• 🥇 Emma O’Neill claimed 1st place in the Senior Long Jump

The club now turns its attention to national competition this weekend, with best wishes going to:

• Sarah Bartley – competing in the Inter Triple Jump
• Jade Barry – once again lining out in the Javelin

Both athletes will represent Scoil Mhuire – Greenhill, Carrick-on-Suir at the All-Ireland Schools Championships in Tullamore.
