Day 2 of the four-day European U23 Championships takes place today, Friday 18th July, in Bergen, with nine Irish athletes in action.

Nicola Tuthill was the only athlete from yesterday to advance to semi finals or finals today, sailing through hammer qualification and into this evening’s final. She remains Ireland’s strongest medal contender across the entire Championships and will have her eyes firmly on the podium tonight.
