How to Watch Day Two of the National Senior Track & Field Championships

The Irish Senior Track and Field Championships reach their climax today  as the majority of the national titles are decided at Morton Stadium. From explosive sprints to thrilling middle distance battles, Day 2 features many of the weekend's biggest events, with Irish athletes chasing national gold and, for some, one final opportunity to strengthen their case for selection ahead of next month's European Athletics Championships in Birmingham.

The 100m competition takes centre stage as Ciara Neville, Lauren Roy and Rhasidat Adeleke are among those expected to feature in the women's sprint, while Israel Olatunde, Bori Akinola and Benjamin Richardson make for a mouthwatering men's field, with Richardson set to make his Irish championship debut.
