Saturday is back and it’s another jam-packed one. Irish athletes are bouncing between Belgium and Britain today, hunting fast times, final tune-ups, and maybe a few ranking points while they’re at it. The roads might be quiet at home, but there’s no shortage of action if you’ve got WiFi and a vested interest in middle-distance splits.

A friendly reminder: start lists are more of a vibe than a vow. People withdraw, events reshuffle, and every now and then someone just doesn’t turn up. That’s sport. Don’t take it personally.
