Saturday is here again already, and with it comes a healthy scattering of Irish athletes in action right across Europe and closer to home in the UK, all looking to chase qualifying standards or build momentum in their outdoor campaigns.

Below are the Irish athletes listed to compete today, Saturday 21st June. As always, a quick word of caution: these start lists are never a guarantee. Withdrawals happen, travel plans change, and injuries flare, so don’t be too surprised if a few names quietly vanish before race time.

A couple of today’s meets aren’t being streamed, but we’ve included results links where possible to help you follow the action. And for the ones that are being streamed, a heads that one is geoblocked (we’re looking at you Finland), though sure look, some people have their ways around these things... wink wink.

That’s your Saturday sorted! Plenty to watch, plenty to follow, and no shortage of Irish interest across Europe. Again, just keep in mind the usual caveat: these are names taken from starting lists, not a sworn oath. Athletes can (and often do) withdraw last-minute, so don’t be too surprised if someone you’re watching out for doesn’t appear on the start line.
