The National U20 and U23 Championships took place in Tullamore yesterday, highlights included:

Seán Doggett clinching the U20 400m title

Nick Griggs cementing his return to action by winning the U23 800m title

Over in Eugene Orla Comerford Won the Para 100m in the Diamond League Pre Programme

Rhasidat Adeleke finished 4th in the 400m Diamond League
