Results Round-Up
Great Running in Wexford last Friday night August 9th at the United Striders AC 5k in New Ross which attracted a good turnout of 267 runners up 20+ on last year's race. Mossy Bracken had another great run in 2nd place in 14mins 55 seconds, Matthew Ryan also had very good run in 6th place in 15:34, Conor Keating running well too in 10th in 15:58 plus Conor was a winner in the Mens O/35 with Paul Bowe completing the team in 50th place with a good run in 18:40 All 4 athletes are coached by Ian Wilson and have progressed immensely since adopting his training methods, Well done Lads. Juvenile Training
Juvenile Training is currently on a break and will return for the Cross Country season in the 1st or 2nd week of September official date of return will be posted when it becomes available. If any parents & adult members in the club would like to become a coach or an assistant Training courses are available by Athletics Ireland & cost will be covered by the club if interested contact Sean on 0879788145.
