Fit4Life Special Guest on May 13th
Now into our 4th week with Training sessions every Monday at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 5pm Our Fit4Life Group are continuing to make huge strides,it's never too late to join All fitness levels will be accommodated. Please Note on Monday May the 13th We will have a special guest in Frank Greally from the Irish Runner Magazine who will be doing a piece on the club and the Fit 4life Group in particular for the June edition of the magazine, it would be fantastic if we could get as many people in attendance on the night as possible, All are Welcome.
Tipperary Novice B Road Result
These County B road 6km championships were held in Fethard Town Park, Last Sunday April 28th. John Fogarty was flying the flag for the club running a good race to finish 7th overall in 22:05 Well done John.
