The final meet of the 2024 Tribal Running Track & Field Tour, held in Newcastle West, marked a resounding success and fitting conclusion to this ever-growing series. The event was celebrated as an outstanding evening of athletics, drawing an impressive turnout and benefitting from perfect weather conditions.
Tribal Running extended heartfelt thanks to all supporters and volunteers who contributed to the day's success, with a special mention to West Limerick AC for their assistance on the day. Sean McDermott from Tribal Running expressed his gratitude, stating, "Thanks to all at the facility, coaches, and most importantly the athletes!"
The 2024 tour was particularly notable for its diverse range of venues, venturing to Sligo, Ennis, and Newcastle West, in addition to Tribal Running's home base in Galway. Spread over five different evenings within a six-week period, these new locations injected incredible energy into the series. The wide variety of events and the participation of athletes of all ages added a vibrant buzz to each meet.
