Seeley Cup Women’s Race: Gilliland Reigns Supreme in Record Time

Hannah Gilliland shattered her personal best by around twenty seconds as she won the prestigious Seeley Cup in Belfast's Ormeau Park, on a mild last day of November.
The Annadale Striders athlete, coached by Paul Lawther, stormed round the 10K in a new course record of 33:26.
The reigning NI and Ulster 10K Champion just seems to get better and better on her favoured tarmac.
In second place was Letterkenny AC’s Nakita Burke in 34:15.
Third was East Down AC's Catherine O’Connor.
The Seeley Cup is one of the classic races in Northern Ireland, hosted each year by Willowfield Temperance Harriers.
